Big enough to deliver but small enough to be personal. 'Named' highly trained & dedicated service personnel are on standby 7 days a week to provide support.

One point of contact throughout. All faults and requests are managed through to resolve, where necessary coordinating and involving suppliers (BT, etc.) on your behalf and providing you with regular updates.

Our service center and trained technicians all have advanced diagnostic equipment & software, ensuring
fastest response, diagnostic & fixes times.

Service support is constant. 'Virtual' health checks* maximize system performance often preventing
problems and loss of service before they happen.

Remote programming* & software upgrades.

Individually tailored telephone, remote and on-line support packages to meet your business needs is our specialty.

Whether you have purchased your current equipment from us or not, maintenance and support packages are available from £150 per annum.

Contracted support not for you. We also offer a service where we will deal with faults and repairs on a call-out basis.

* Must have remote access to the client's equipment.
